His real estate journey began with leasing properties in Dubai. Suleman’s exceptional performance quickly transitioned him into selling properties along DIFC, where he consistently led in sales volume and client satisfaction. Following that, he expanded his expertise to include selling ready and off-plan properties in City Walk, with remarkable success.

In 2025, Suleman spearheaded Driven Properties’ presence in India after realizing that Indian buyers were becoming more interested in Dubai and that there was a lack of local representation to help them navigate the market.
